Rentals.Plus LLC, is a full-service rental agency owned and operated by Ron Hartman.  We assist property Owners with renting their homes, often fully-furnished.  Terms of stay can vary from a month to over a year, depending on the homeowner's personal needs.   Our homes vary from cute, compact cottages to large ranch houses with heated swimming pools.  The job of Rentals.Plus is to match each home with the perfect Renter, and to set the proper expectations for a delightful stay:  a "win-win" for both Owner and Renter.

A "fully-furnished home" can meet the needs of many shorter-term Renters.  (Please note:  we do not rent for terms of less than 30 days, per City Ordinance.)  Our Renters can vary from traveling nurses & physicians, winery interns, students of the Culinary Academy, or families relocating to the Napa Valley and in need of temporary housing while they secure their long-term home.  Because the homes we rent are furnished with linens and kitchen housewares, a Renter can "move in" with only a suitcase and find themselves perfectly at home!  Our job for the Owner is to locate and contract with the perfect Renter, and on their behalf Rentals.Plus will assist to arrange maid service, minor repairs and the like.  But it is of note that Rentals.Plus is NOT a Property Management company, as each Owner is ultimately responsible for their home, its maintenance and condition.  Our job, however, is to make renting a home as "head-ache-free" as possible!

Federico is a native of Palermo, Italy. After Business School,  he started his professional path in Fine Wine sales and education,; that's why he made Wine Country his home, and Wine Country living his passion. 

After his experience with corporate wineries, he leveraged his interest for residential real estate, design and architecture to join Sotheby's International Realty, where he met Ron. 

Today, Federico is Ron's partner and a proud  believer in keeping Wine Country communities vibrant by bringing professionals to occupy vacant homes!
